Kim is a passionate and versatile design director with over 2 decades+ of extensive global experience in sportswear and fashion, with a particular focus on the China-APAC region for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, she has provided inspiring leadership, a compelling brand vision, and strategic solutions in design and building collections in sportswear, apparel, and eyewear with a strong emphasis on material innovation.

Having worked for major industry giants like Nike, Adidas, and Anta and global fashion and trading companies, she possesses a deep understanding of product creation and development processes and the various factors that influence consumer behaviour as well as youth culture across diverse markets.

As an avid lover of travel and nature and exploring cultural interests through music, film and photography, Kim also dedicates her personal time on the philosophies and practices of yoga and meditation and became a 200hr certified Hatha yoga teacher in 2017.

Kim places a strong emphasis on transparency, responsibility, and curiosity in her work, fostering collaborative relationships that are fundamental to her overall approach when guiding teams and working with brands, no matter the size of the company, whether consulting or full-time.
